All those are of no surprise except Waddell. I thought he had a legitimate chance to make the roster out of ST but with guys like Vizcaino and Gaudin still in Cubs uniform he really did not have a chance.
Do you know if Rockies second baseman Jeff Baker ever played third because on MLBtraderumors the Rockies hope to trade him. He is only 27 and has power and is a better defender than Fox.

Jeff Baker is not much of an upgrade to Jake Fox or Bobby Scales. Plus he is out of options.

The Cubs first round pick at number 6 of 2003 Ryan Harvey was released today. In the same draft the number 7 overall pick was Nick Markasis. Man doesnt that hurt.
