I dont think the Twins would do Nathan for DeRo straight up. I kind of wonder what small package we could have made together to get Putz from SEA. The Mets seemed to deal for him pretty easily and now the former quality closer will be set up for the Mets.
I would say I'm most worried about the bullpen right now.
How's this sound Marquis 9.875M for Castillo 6M 2009, 6M 2010, 6M 2011. The mets would have to throw in some cash. Not a rumor just trying to get rid of Marquis salary.
